Called, Prepared, and Sent

There is a timeless saying: “The height a man reaches is determined by the depth he is willing to dig.” Pastor Stephen O. Oluwasola’s apostolic relevance did not emerge by chance; it was forged by calling disciplined through preparation. After completing his secular education, he embraced full-time ministry with the conviction that divine calling deserves rigorous training.

His formative grounding at the Christ Apostolic Church Evangelists and Prophets Training College (E.P.T.C.), Ilesa instilled revivalist spirituality and fidelity to the Word. In pursuit of theological excellence, he earned a Diploma in Theology (Dip.Th.) from Christ International Divinity College (CINDICO), Erimo, followed by a Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.) affiliated with Acadia University, Canada. Further academic exposure at the University of Ado-Ekiti, the Bossey Ecumenical Institute, Celigny, Switzerland, and St Mary’s University, Twickenham, London broadened his global outlook and sharpened his ecumenical competence.

As Scripture counsels, “Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom” (Proverbs 4:7). Pastor Stephen embodies leadership that is learned, not assumed.

A Multi-Gifted Apostolic Voice

Pastor Stephen O. Oluwasola stands as a minister who operates in multiple offices with clarity and balance—evangelist, church planter, pastor, teacher, counsellor, and prophetic voice. He believes solely in the power of the Word and communicates it with uncommon dynamism. His preaching reflects the truth of “The entrance of Your word gives light” (Psalm 119:130), guiding many into renewed encounters with God’s love and purposeful living.

He consistently challenges believers to reject spiritual escapism, reminding them that faith must be functional. As he often exemplifies, Christianity must produce citizens who are both heaven-minded and earth-relevant. In the words of James, “Faith without works is dead” (James 2:17).

Planting Churches, Building Communities in the Diaspora

In the Diaspora, Pastor Stephen’s apostolic mandate has translated into tangible ecclesial growth. God has used him to plant ten branches of the Christ Apostolic Church across the United Kingdom, with a strategic headquarters in Luton, Bedfordshire. These churches serve as centres of worship, discipleship, and community integration for Africans navigating life abroad.

Like Nehemiah rebuilding Jerusalem’s walls, Pastor Stephen builds not for visibility but for durability—laying foundations that can carry future generations. “Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it” (Psalm 127:1).

Migration Advocacy as Missional Service

Leadership, it is said, is proven by service rendered when no applause is expected. As a trained UK Immigration Specialist, Pastor Stephen has quietly assisted over three hundred Africans to relocate lawfully to the United Kingdom, Europe, and North America. For many, his intervention transformed confusion into clarity and despair into opportunity.

Here, an old idiom rings true: “A candle loses nothing by lighting another.” His support has enabled families to pursue stability and dignity, reflecting Christ’s teaching: “I was a stranger and you took me in” (Matthew 25:35).

Healing Beyond the Pulpit: A Landmark Medical Intervention

One of the most compelling expressions of Pastor Stephen’s humanitarian legacy occurred a few years ago when, in a rare act of personal sacrifice, he singlehandedly donated a 3D Ultrasound Scanning Machine and printer—worth several millions of naira—to the General Hospital in his hometown.

This intervention went beyond charity; it was a strategic investment in community health. In a region where access to advanced diagnostic equipment is often limited, the donation significantly improved maternal and general healthcare delivery. It stands as a living illustration of Scripture: “I was sick and you visited me” (Matthew 25:36).

As the proverb says, “He who saves a life saves a nation.” Through this act, Pastor Stephen extended his ministry from the sanctuary to the sickbed, proving that compassion is theology in action.

Education as a Seed for Generational Renewal

Despite his global engagements, Pastor Stephen’s heart remains firmly anchored at home. Through the Efon Education Empowerment Initiative, he has for six consecutive years sponsored one hundred youths annually for free JAMB/UTME examinations in Efon Alaaye, Ekiti State. From this cohort, the best candidates receive tuition-free undergraduate scholarships.

This initiative echoes the biblical wisdom: “Train up a child in the way he should go” (Proverbs 22:6). By investing in education, he is not merely helping individuals; he is engineering a future workforce and leadership pipeline for his community.

A Leadership Philosophy Rooted in Excellence

Pastor Stephen’s leadership is anchored on a clear mandate: to liberate this generation and build nations through proven biblical principles. He challenges believers to rise above mediocrity, often echoing the truth that “Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might” (Ecclesiastes 9:10).

His ministry demonstrates that excellence is not a luxury but a responsibility. As leadership thinker Peter Drucker noted, “The best way to predict the future is to create it.” Pastor Stephen is actively creating a future shaped by faith, knowledge, and compassion.

Legacy That Speaks Across Borders

In every sphere—church planting, migration advocacy, healthcare intervention, and educational empowerment—Pastor Stephen O. Oluwasola exemplifies apostolic leadership with a human face. His story affirms the truth that legacy is not what we accumulate, but what we distribute.

As Proverbs 22:1 declares, “A good name is better than great riches.” Pastor Stephen’s name is steadily becoming synonymous with apostolic excellence, disciplined leadership, and generational impact—proof that when vision meets preparation and compassion partners with conviction, the result is a legacy that endures long after the applause fades.
