Born and raised in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, with ancestral roots in Ilorin, Kwara State, and Owerri, Imo State, Rosemary was nurtured in a disciplined Christian home. She is the second of eight children born to the late Chief Jimoh Akujobi Josiah and Lolo Mrs. Mary Jimoh Josiah, a devoted nurse whose life of care became Rosemary’s first classroom in humanitarian service.

Rosemary’s academic journey reflects a mind trained for history, faith, justice, and accountability. She attended Queen Elizabeth Secondary School, Ilorin, proceeded to Kwara State College of Technology, and earned a BA (Hons) in History and Christian Religious Studies from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. Her NYSC service at the Nigerian Air Force Base, Kaduna further strengthened her appreciation for structure and discipline.
Her pursuit of justice led her to the University of Ibadan, where she obtained an LL.B degree in Law. As a student leader—serving as University Student Union Treasurer and Vice President, Law Faculty Executive Council—she became renowned for uncommon transparency, rendering accounts with documented precision “to half a kobo.”

Rosemary’s walk with God reflects progressive obedience, not spiritual restlessness. From her rededication at Deeper Life Bible Church, through seasons at Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries, Bible Life Church, and later Christ Apostolic Church, her service spanned evangelism, prayer leadership, choir, children’s ministry, and strategic oversight.
At CAC Mount Zion Parish, Ojodu, she served as Head of Evangelism, overseeing over thirteen branches by 2012—evidence of apostolic capacity expressed through structure and people development.
Upon relocating to Canada, she again sought divine direction rather than convenience, serving at The Peoples Church and CAC Vineyard of Comfort with the same humility and consistency.
